These are a list of some other websites and sources that I have found to be very useful in studying God’s Word as well as for resources in parenting. Although I believe these sources to be sound, as always, I encourage you to compare any materials with God’s Word which is the only standard.
Apologetics Press provides invaluable information about apologetics, alleged Bible contradictions, and more. They have also recently released a Defending the Faith Study Bible that incorporates information about topics such as the existence of God, alleged Bible contradictions, Bible archeology, and much more.
World Video Bible School provides access to over 1,000 free videos on Biblical topics, free online Bible school courses covering every book of the Bible, as well as Bible study materials for purchase.
The Colley House has good resources on Biblical topics, but especially an entire section dedicated to resources for women. One of my favorite features is a year-long deep Bible study for women called “Digging Deeper” that begins in August each year. Each of these year-long Bible studies is available to download for free. The owners of this website are also the authors of one of my favorite Biblical parenting books entitled “Your Mama Don’t Dance.” Additionally, they have created a program called “KidSing” which is meant to teach kids basic Bible facts through 10-12 minutes each week when the church meets together. The cards that are used in the “KidSing” program (which are available to download for free) are great even for practicing Bible facts at home with your own kids.
Come Fill Your Cup is created and produced by Christian women providing articles and resources specifically geared towards women. I particularly love the Bible Marking articles.
The Christian Courier is an online journal providing short articles on many different Biblical topics.
